Manage Tracks Window

Use the Track Group dropdown to filter the track list by a specific track group. Select All Tracks to show every track in your library, or choose a specific group to see only the tracks it contains. Track groups can be managed from Manage > Track Groups.

Click this button to export the current track list to a CSV file. This is useful for creating reports or sharing track information with external systems.

Type in the search box to filter tracks by artist, title, or other properties. The track list updates as you type.

The main track list displays all tracks matching the current filter and search criteria. By default, the columns shown are Artist, Title, Intro, Duration, and Path. Right-click a column header to choose which columns are visible, or to access the column selector.

Double-click a track to open the Edit Track window for that track.

To delete a track, select it and press the Delete key, or click the delete icon on the row. You can select all tracks with Ctrl+A to delete in bulk. A confirmation prompt will appear before deletion. Changes are not saved until you click Apply or OK. Deleting a track will remove it from your entire PlayIt Live library, even if a track group filter is applied. To remove a track from a specific track group without deleting it, edit the track and remove it from that group; or edit the track group and remove the track from there.

Click Add New to open the Add New Tracks Wizard, which guides you through importing new tracks into your library from files or folders.

Click Edit to open the Edit Track window for the selected track. You can select multiple tracks using Ctrl or Shift and click Edit to bulk edit their properties.

Click OK to save any pending changes and close the Manage Tracks window.

Click Cancel to discard any pending changes and close the Manage Tracks window.

Click Apply to save any pending changes without closing the window.
