Related Artists
Related Artists are used to associate artists with each other so they are considered as the same artist when scheduling with playout policies. For example, you may not want a solo singer in a band to be played close to a song by that band, e.g. Robbie Williams and Take That. The order of the two artists in a pair does not matter, so there is no need to add both Robbie Williams / Take That and Take That / Robbie Williams.
List
The list of existing Related Artists.
- Artist 1 - The first artist in the related pair.
- Artist 2 - The second artist in the related pair.
- Disabled - A tick indicates the related artist pair is disabled and will not be considered when scheduling.
- Clone - Click to create a copy of the related artist pair.
- Delete - Click to remove the related artist pair.
Add New
Click to add a new Related Artist pair. Opens the Edit Related Artist window to enter the details of the pair.
Edit
Click to edit the selected Related Artist pair. Opens the Edit Related Artist window to modify the details of the pair.
OK
Click OK to save changes and close the window.
Cancel
Click Cancel to discard changes and close the window.
Apply
Click Apply to save changes without closing the window.
