Clock Schedule
Clocks must be scheduled before the playout log scheduler will use them to build the playout log. The Clock Schedule window is where you build weekly templates and view the resolved schedule.
A single clock grid is always available. Using more than one grid requires a licence with the Advanced Scheduling module; without it, only the base (lowest layer) grid takes effect.
The window has two views, switched with the toggle at the top:
- The Clock Grids view is where you build and edit the reusable weekly templates that drive the schedule.
- The Schedule View shows the resolved schedule on a calendar and is where one-off overrides are made.
In this section
- Clock Grids: build and edit weekly templates, each assigning a clock to every hour of the week.
- Schedule View: view the resolved schedule for any week and apply one-off overrides to individual hours.
Legacy calendar mode
Earlier versions of PlayIt Live scheduled clocks using a per-date calendar. If your station is still using that mode, see Legacy Clock Schedule.
