User Management

Users can be managed within PlayIt Manager to allow different people to log in and restrict them to certain permissions. For example, an administrator can log in and have the ability to manage all types of entities, such as tracks and clocks. Alternatively, a presenter can be restricted, preventing them from editing clocks.

• Listing Users: view the users that have been added, search for a user, add a new user and edit or delete an existing one.
• Editing Users: set a user's display name, username and password, and choose the permissions, remote voice tracking hours and other settings that apply to them.
