Playout Pattern Management
The playout pattern is the repeating sequence of track groups that the playout log scheduler uses as a basis for the playout log. For example, a playout pattern can be configured with the following track groups:
- Songs
- Jingles
- Promos
This results in Songs, Jingles and Promos being scheduled back to back, repeating over each hour. The scheduler fills each hour by cycling through the pattern, selecting a track from each group in turn.
You can override the playout pattern for individual hours using Clocks.
