Playout Log Management

The playout log lists past and future events scheduled to take place from hour to hour. Based on the clocks that have been scheduled, the playout log scheduler will generate playout log items matching each clock item. If a clock has not been scheduled for an hour, the playout pattern will be used to generate the playout log items.
