Add a new playout policy to PlayIt Manager.
This popup will be shown to select the type of playout policy:

Playout policy list
Lists playout policies added to PlayIt Manager. It shows the Name of playout policy. The following action buttons are available:
- Drop down a list of all available options
- Edit the playout policy
- Delete the playout policy. A confirmation window will be shown.
