Database Clean-up

 

The Database Clean-up window is used to remove old data such as playout log items, voice tracks and uploaded audio store files. Ophaned files refer to ones that are in the voice track recordings folder or audio store folder but are no longer referenced in tracks or voice track items in the PlayIt Live database.

 

Click Start Clean-up to begin the process:

 

You will be prompted to try a Dry Run of the clean-up so you are aware of what items will be deleted. Select Clean-up Now when you are happy for the changes to happen.
