Built-in Remote Management/Remote Voice Tracking Server

 

 

It is possible to remotely manage data added to PlayIt Live and perform remote voice tracking by starting the built-in remote access server. Once started, remote management and remote voice tracking can be accessed via a web browser. Please note that remote voice tracking is currently only supported on Chrome-based web browsers.

 

There are various advanced settings including changing the port number and configuring an HTTPS secure connection. PlayIt Live can also automatically update your IP address to a static .playitradio.com address.

 

To help you set up your computer so you can access the remote server from the internet, you can click the Help me set up external access button and follow the instructions.

 

The remote management web interface works the same as that of PlayIt Manager. Please follow the PlayIt Manager documentation for instructions of how to use the web interface.
